Danya Dallaire - Owner
Welcome!
We are delighted to have you on our business page. We offer a service for dog owners who want a helping hand with a less pleasant task, giving them more time to spend with their companions.
Whether you are a family, a professional living alone or a person with reduced mobility, we are aware that days are often very busy, the to-do list can be exhaustive, and delegating is not always an option.
However, when it comes to our four-legged companions, there are certain tasks that can be entrusted to a reliable company. CaniCollecte is here to cross one chore off your list: picking up your pets' waste from your property.
You can call us or send us an email; we would be happy to discuss and answer your questions.
If you are ready to request an estimate, click the button below and you will be taken directly to the form.

FAQ
Do I need to be home during the service?
No you do not need to be onsite when we clean your yard. If we have access to the yard from outside, we can go in and out without a problem.
How does it work?
1. We will send you a message letting you know we'll be there in 30 minutes to 1 hour. So, if you have a fence/gate, please make sure it's unlocked so we can access the property.
2. Once on site, we enter the yard and collect the dog excrement, and we leave the bag of waste in your bin.
3. Upon leaving the yard, we ensure the gate is properly closed. A photo of the bags of waste and the locked gate is taken and sent to you via text message.
4. We disinfect our tools and boots before getting into our vehicle to prevent the transmission of canine diseases between each home.
** We ask that dogs be kept inside the house during our visit, to keep your pets safe and avoid incidents.
Do you offer services during wintertime?
Our services are offered year-round, but during the winter months we may not see all the poop on every visit, rest assured, it will all be collected when the snow melts.
*Please note we do not offer services for the two weeks of the Christmas holiday.
What if there’s a snowstorm, or other unforeseen circumstances?
If a snowstorm or any other unforeseen circumstances prevents us from scooping your property, we will contact you and reschedule the scoop.
Do you clean areas that are hard to access?
We have no choice but to refuse to scoop in areas that are difficult to access to avoid potential injuries; under the balcony, under a trampoline, in dense undergrowth, etc…
